Backlash Beer Company’s third installment in their lineup is Declaration, a Belgian style IPA that relies heavily on the hop additions. Though the brand is young and has produced just 75 barrels of beer-to-date, they have earned a core following in the Boston market and have improved with each batch. Declaration might be their best offerings yet. It pours a dark golden color with a frothy, off-white head.
