Quercus Reserve: Noir, is a unique American take on the Gueuze Style. Various barrels, aged in French Oak for a minimum of 8 months, are blended continuously into a dedicated French Oak Foudre. The result is a jet black sour tart ride coupled withy oaky earthy notes and reminscent of plums and dates.
