Brewed in collaboration with Le Trou du Diable in the summer of 2017. A dark Saison aged with Trou du Diable’s native Brett strain, in various vessels, including our very own Fernet Michaud barrels. Herbal and spicy with present fernet notes and funk forward Brett flavor, bone dry.
