Overview: Crafter of Portland's very own Fizzy Wine. Hi-Wheel Fizzy Wine Co. creates Fizzy Wines using lemon, lime and grapefruit juices. These citrus juices are fermented with culinary herbs and spices to create our unique and delicious Fizzy Wine. We have several year-round flavors as well as several seasonal surprises and favorites throughout the year; our growing list of flavors is listed under Products. Taproom: Our taproom is a cozy neighborhood spot on the friendly corner of NE Dekum & 18th. We offer 13 taps so you can experience a variety of our Fizzy Wines, Meads, Beers, and Cider.
