As snow melts in the Colorado high country and the sun starts warming trees from their deep winter slumber we start thinking of all those tasty new shoots that spring forth from Colorado's Blue Spruces. We pair our delicious Glider Cider with pure Colorado Honey and freshly picked spruce tips to create a cider that will make you think you're hiking in the forests of the Rocky Mountains. As with all our ciders we try to balance the elements such that they don't overwhelm you.
