- Ceremony Botanical Brewing is an Austin, Texas-based botanical brewing company founded by Jens Stoelken. Billing itself as "Botanical Craft for the Intentional Life," the brand reverses the traditional brewing process by building each recipe around a single botanical rather than adding it to a finished beer.
