People's Pale

This is a well balanced beer with a crisp hop character and enough malt to give it a copper hue. We used Columbus hops in three additions and dry hopped this beer after fermentation. American base malt and Caramalt give this beer, its body and color. A crisp drinking beer with a clean finish.
