After being closed to the public for over two months due to the cease on-site consumption of the Tap Room during COVID-19, Payette is thrilled to welcome back their loyal supporters to their brewery on Saturday, May 30th, at 11 a.m.

Payette Brewery has launched an online “Buy Your Pal a Pint” program, giving the local community a way to share some love and comfort during this uncertain time.

Citing a new market strategy, Boise-based Payette Brewing Company has announced it will not be moving forward with Idaho distributor Hayden Beverage Company, also based out of Boise. Instead they will be strategically partnering with two distributorships, specifically Craig Stein Beverage (CSB) in Southern Idaho, and The Odom Corporation in Northern Idaho.

PGA TOUR golfer Graham DeLaet and Idaho-based craft brewery Payette Brewing Company are proud to announce a collaboration bringing DeLaet’s craft beer, Prairie Baard Golden Ale, to the United States.

Texas-based contract brewery Guns & Oil Beer has reached an agreement to take over the former Payette Brewing Co. production facility located about two miles outside of Boise, in Garden City, Idaho. In a conversation with Brewbound, Guns & Oil founder Cary Prewitt said he’s taken out bank loans to finance the $1 million project, including acquiring Payette’s 15-barrel brewhouse. He added that he’s signed a five-year lease on the 11,000 sq. ft. property.

Payette Brewing Company will release Sunday Mourning Imperial Breakfast Stout this October.
