This beer is old traditional Irish ale; this isn't designed to be an Irish Red. It's brewed with ingredients the way beer was brewed a few hundred years ago in Ireland. This beer is made with 4 different malts and a big serving of honey and oats that give it a sweet but smooth flavor.
