Official description from the brewery:
We wanted to showcase different hop varieties. Using a different variety of malts, each one of our SHOP (Single Hop) series beers highlights the different aspects of individual hops and how they can be used in hop forward craft beer styles. Chinook, Centennial, Denali, Amarillo, Mosaic, Azacca, Saaz, and Galaxy will be or have been released.
