The Half Moon Bay Brewing Company, a popular Coastside venue best known for its come-as-you-are atmosphere, fresh seafood and award-winning, craft beer, will officially open its first outpost: Pacific Standard Taproom & Growler Station, the premier destination for craft beer in the heart of Berkeley, on October 19, 2016.

In an attempt to unify the two major U.S. political parties, the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company, long known for its passion for politics, craft beer and sustainable coastal cuisine, has unveiled commemorative bottles of its popular IPA in honor of newly minted Republican party member and nominee Donald Trump and longtime Democratic nominee-in-waiting Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential election. The red-labeled Trump IPA, featuring the businessman, former reality show host and University co-founder, will go head-to-head with the blue Clinton IPA, starring the former U.S. Senator, Secretary of State and “private emailer” in the Brewing Company’s third “Presidential Alection,” inviting visitors to put their internal divisions aside and come together and vote with their politics and palate for the good of the country.

Dedicated to setting the bar for craft beer on the West Coast, Pacific Standard by Half Moon Bay Brewing Company will offer a wide variety of 15 to 20 local and regional beers on tap, with up to 50 percent of the beer sourced from the on-site brewery at Half Moon Bay Brewing Company.

The Half Moon Bay Brewing Company, a popular Coastside destination best known for its award-winning, house-brewed beer, sustainable seafood, live music and an expansive, dog-friendly patio, is kicking off 2016 with the launch of its highly anticipated Ocho Barril series of sour brews crafted by Brewmaster James Costa. In addition, guests are invited to a family-friendly viewing party for The Big Game on Sunday, February 7, and a celebration of Valentine’s Day with a pre-fix, four-course beer pairing dinner prepared by Executive Chef Federico Godinez on Friday, February 12, in addition to holiday weekend specials.
