Pale Ale will be available for purchase beginning mid-December through winter 2018 in six-pack bottles, as well as on draft in select bars and restaurants, including the Genesee Brew House in Rochester, New York. Beer drinkers can purchase Simcoe S.M.A.S.H. at select locations throughout the East, Mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes.

Before each beer makes its way into bottles, it’s first perfected by Brewmaster Dean Jones on the 20-barrel Pilot Batch system at the Genesee Brew House and tested by hundreds of Genesee Brew House patrons. The latest examples of this approach are Genesee Brew House Dark Chocolate Scotch Ale and Genesee Brew House Coffee Stout, each unique to their respective style and each the perfect holiday companion.
Tap it Forward Festival goers will get the first taste of an extremely rare beer brewed and barrel-aged by Genesee Brew House. Only 60 barrels of Reisky & Spies Bourbon Barrel-aged Old Ale will be available, starting at the Sept. 8 festival. The limited-release beer pays homage to the now-shuttered Reisky & Spies Brewery, established in 1874 in the same location as the Genesee Brew House.
