Dogfish's geographically-inspired seafood restaurant's Coastal DE Restaurant Week Menu!Our June Spirited Dinner is about as home-grown as they get, featuring dishes specially crafted using locally-grown and sourced ingredients from the weekly Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market … and this month we’re mixing things up with choices galore! Get three courses, each paired with one of our specialty cocktails for only $45 or try our featured dishes without the cocktails for just $35.

Chopped Maine Lobster Roasted Cream of Corn Chowder
Rosey Bluewater Salad – Artisan Greens with Compressed Watermelon, Blueberries, Pickled Jalapeño, Toasted Almonds, Feta Cheese and a Rosemary Agave Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Paired with a ‘DePeche Mule’ – A Moscow Mule with Festina Pêche.
Course 2 – Your choice of …
Grilled Lemongrass Ginger Rockfish with Wild Rice, Heirloom Cherry Tomato Asparagus Salad and a Thyme Maltaise Sauce
Fried Garlic Reggiano Chicken – Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Braised Collard Greens and Pepper Jack Grits.
Paired with a ‘Rock ‘em Sake Robots’ – Compelling Gin, Sake, Citrus, Lemongrass and Orange Flower Water.
Course 3 – Festina Pêche Ice Cream Mousse Parfait with a Sponge Cake Crumble
Paired with ‘Rum a La Tarte’ – Barrel Honey Rum, Amaretto and Fresh Sour Mix.
