We are excited to announce the first new seasonal beer of 2016, Saw-Whet Saison!

We are excited to announce the first new seasonal beer of 2016, Saw-Whet Saison! Named for a tiny owl located in the higher elevations of the Southern Appalachians, this farmhouse ale shows off a complex malt bill and a unique spicy yeast with subtle citrus notes. Hopped for balance and dimension, while finishing bone dry. We're pretty sure this is the perfect beer to help us tranisition from winter to spring!

The Horse You Rode In On will be keeping things funky from 7-9pm, and Food Trucks will be on site to make sure you're all well fed.

All of our seasonal beers are named after a region, landmark, or animal whose habitat has been protected by our partners at Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy. A portion of our proceeds from each seasonal beer release benefit the work they do in the area we call home.
