Clovis, California brewery takes the Grand National Champion's Cup with 10 medals — six gold, three silver, one bronze

CLOVIS, CA — July 27, 2026 — Crow & Wolf Brewing Co., an independent craft brewery in Clovis, California, has been named the 2026 Grand National Champion at the U.S. Open Hard Seltzer Championship, earning the Grand National Champion’s Cup as the top hard seltzer producer in the United States.

The brewery earned 10 medals across the competition — six gold, three silver, and one bronze — finishing first among producers nationwide. Crow & Wolf edged out defending champion Barn Town Brewing of Des Moines, Iowa; Quirk Hard Seltzer by Boulevard Brewing Co. finished third.

Held in Oxford, Ohio and announced July 22, the 2026 U.S. Open Hard Seltzer Championship drew a record number of entries and awarded medals across 37 categories spanning hard seltzer, hard soda, and THC-infused seltzer.

The result caps a year in which the brewery also swept the Hard Seltzer (Flavored Malt Beverage) category at the 2026 Brewers Cup of California — taking gold, silver, and bronze — and was named Best Brewery in Central California for the fifth consecutive year in The Fresno Bee's Best of Central California reader's choice program.
