April 14, 2026 – The 5th Ingredient has announced the launch of Beer30® Lite, a new, streamlined version of its Beer30® brewery management platform designed specifically for small and independent breweries.

For many breweries, spreadsheets are still the backbone of daily operations—not by choice, but because most software solutions feel too expensive or overly complex. Beer30 Lite is built to meet those breweries where they are, offering a practical, affordable alternative that brings modern tools within reach.

Starting at just $30 USD per month, Beer30 Lite delivers a focused set of core features from the full Beer30 platform, helping breweries better manage production, inventory, and day-to-day operations without the cost or complexity of a larger system.

“Beer30 Lite is about removing barriers,” said Pulkit K. Agrawal, Founder & CEO of The 5th Ingredient. “When I started this business, the goal was to help breweries remove paper logs, whiteboards, and spreadsheets. In the headwinds that the industry is facing, the team got together to think of ways that would have the greatest impact on breweries. Beer30 Lite is that source of truth to help breweries centralize their information in a way that fits their reality—simple, affordable, and genuinely helpful.”

Built for Small Breweries

Rather than bogging down operations with features they may not need or use, Beer30 Lite focuses on the essentials breweries need to stay organized and efficient, and to get them back to the beer and people that inspire them. It is designed to give smaller teams better visibility into their operations while reducing the manual work that often comes with spreadsheet-based systems. Production quality and efficiency are critical for a brewery, and Beer30 Lite focuses on making that happen.

Added Value Through The Beer30® Marketplace

Beer30 Lite also includes free access to The Beer30® Marketplace, a supplier discount program that typically costs $29 USD per month for non-Beer30 subscribers.

Through the Marketplace, breweries gain access to negotiated pricing on ingredients, equipment, and services, potentially offsetting the cost of the software with savings on everyday purchases.

“For many breweries, the Beer30 Marketplace alone can deliver immediate value,” added Aaron MJ Gore, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “When you combine that with the operational benefits of Beer30 Lite, it becomes an easy starting point for breweries looking for any advantage in an increasingly challenging craft beer market. Over the next six months, we will double our list of Preferred Vendors and the savings that can bring to breweries, and we’re excited to bring those savings to both Beer30 Lite and Beer30 customers.”

A New Entry Point for Brewery Software

Beer30 Lite represents a more accessible entry point into brewery management software, one that aligns with the needs and budgets of smaller producers while still providing room to grow.

As more breweries look to move beyond spreadsheets and tighten up operations, Beer30® Lite offers a practical next step without requiring a major investment. With everything from inventory management to production tracking, and from fermentation logs to free savings on the things they need to run their business, there’s never been a better opportunity to level up and start operating with all of the advantages of a larger brewery—without the costs and headaches of other systems.
