Fat Ass Winery & Brewery Expands to Cisco with New Location: Fat Ass Off the Ranch
Fat Ass Winery & Brewery is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in Cisco, Texas. Located in the former Red Gap Brewing building, the new space—aptly named Fat Ass Off the Ranch—marks an exciting new chapter for both the beloved Cisco taproom and the Fat Ass brand.
“We know how much Red Gap Brewing meant to the Cisco community,” said Managing Partner, Steven Johnson, “and we’re honored to keep the spirit of the space alive while introducing some of what makes Fat Ass Winery & Brewery such a hit in Fredericksburg."
Fat Ass Off the Ranch will offer all the flagship Fat Ass craft brews, a small selection of Fat Ass wines, and craft wine-based cocktails. As a nod to the history of the building, the tap list will continue to feature several of Red Gap’s most popular brews, ensuring fans old and new feel right at home.
“We’re thrilled to be planting roots in Cisco,” said General Manager, Sherry Knutson. “It’s a community that knows how to come together and have a good time.”
