Prost Brewing Co., Colorado’s award-winning German brewery, releases its 2025 brand calendar, complete with your favorite German-inspired biers, three seasonal releases and five exciting limited release-offerings. With the new year comes plenty to look forward to, including exceptional Colorado-brewed, German-inspired biers from Prost Brewing Co.

“We’re excited to bring an innovative variety of German-inspired styles to bier lovers in 2025, ranging from our year-round flagships like Prost Pilsner to seasonal releases,” said Prost President David Deline. “German styles change with the seasons and regions in a way that keeps things fresh and intriguing all year long.”

Core Biers

Prost blends modern technologies with traditional brewing methods to craft award-winning biers. Prost Pilsner (4.9% ABV), a crisp, clean, floral pilsner that embodies approachable opulence, returns as the brewery’s flagship in 2025, alongside Dunkel (5.6% ABV), Hefeweizen (5.0% ABV), Kölsch (4.8% ABV) and Vienna Lager (5.4% ABV). A variety 12-pack rounds out the brewery’s year-round offerings with a little something German for everyone.

Seasonal Releases

Prost’s seasonal bier rotation reflects the yearly brewing traditions of centuries of German brewers. For example, cold winter temperatures have always offered the ideal conditions for the long, cold storage practice necessary for lagering biers like Prost’s Winter Lager (6.0% ABV). Malty and toasty with a clean, crisp finish, Winter Lager is available from November through early March. Warm weather will bring with it refreshing, easy-drinking Summer Lager (5.8% ABV), and Märzen (5.8% ABV) will offer festive, malty flavors for fall.

Limited Time Offerings

Prost Brewing Co. is ushering in 2025 with its limited release of its Dopplebock (8.6% ABV), a full-bodied, dark bier with complex flavors including slight chocolate and fruit notes. Followed by its Helles (5.0% ABV), a session bier characterized by bright, vibrant flavors, will arrive in early spring, followed by herbal, malty Maibock (6.7% ABV) from late spring to early summer. Shockingly refreshing Radler (4.0% ABV) brightens up the summer with a combination of German lager and grapefruit, then Prost will wrap up the year with their much-anticipated Festbier (6.3% ABV), just in time for Oktoberfest. These Limited Time Offerings are now available outside the biergarten for the first time in all Prost distribution markets.

Head to your closest retail store or visit a Prost biergarten today for your favorite year-round German-inspired biers and seasonal and limited time offerings you don’t want to miss on tap or to-go in 4/6/16oz cans. While there join its new Prost Bier Klub and receive exclusive perks, unforgettable experiences, and discounts.

Prost Brewing Co. operates biergarten locations in Denver, Fort Collins, Highlands Ranch and Northglenn, and is coming soon to Wheat Ridge. The brewery now distributes in their home state of Colorado and in six other states. Learn more about Prost Brewing Co. or find a location near you to Drink Like a German at prostbrewing.com.
