Krebs Brewing Co Expands With Strategic Investment in Clubby Seltzers

McAlester, Oklahoma-- Krebs Brewing Company (KBC), the brewery behind Prairie Artisan Ales and Choc Beer, and Clubby Seltzers are excited to announce KBC’s minority investment in Clubby. This move marks a significant step for two of Oklahoma’s leading alcoholic beverage companies. It will help cement Clubby’s position in the burgeoning seltzer market.  

Moving forward all production is expected to shift to KBC’s McAlester, Oklahoma brewery.  KBC President Zach Prichard will also oversee day to day operations and sales for Clubby.   Gibbs detailed the plan saying, “My co-founders and I will still be involved but our role will evolve.  We will focus on helping to set the long term vision with KBC while they will focus on executing that vision.” 

This move gives KBC a new outlet for their production, sales and marketing experience.  Prichard said, “Clubby has built a strong following within Oklahoma in the competitive seltzer space. We plan to use our existing expertise to strengthen the brand in Oklahoma  and expand its geography within our existing distribution network.”

The collaboration with Clubby will enable both companies to leverage their strengths and deliver exceptional products to consumers. "We see a lot of potential in this partnership," Prichard added. "Our shared values and commitment to excellence make this a natural fit, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
