Grape Lime Transfusion & Rocket Pop Hard Seltzer, Kickaround POG Tart Launch in 6-Packs
CLEVELAND, May 15, 2024 — Great Lakes Brewing Co. (GLBC) announces new and returning summer limited releases with bold, playful, and nostalgic fruit-forward flavor profiles, including two hard seltzers.
New Grape Lime Transfusion Hard Seltzer Debuts
Inspired by the refreshing clubhouse cocktail, Grape Lime Transfusion Hard Seltzer debuts in 6-Pack 12 oz. Cans as an Ohio-only release. A 5.0% craft hard seltzer, Grape Lime Transfusion Hard Seltzer is available now at the GLBC gift shop, and begins rolling out to select Ohio retailers for a limited time beginning mid-May. Grape Lime Transfusion Hard Seltzer is GLBC’s newest “beyond beer” innovation.
Rocket Pop Hard Seltzer Returns
Developed in 2023 by GLBC Co-CEO Steven Pauwels, Rocket Pop Hard Seltzer returns as a limited release throughout GLBC’s distribution footprint in June. Originally an Ohio-only package, Rocket Pop Hard Seltzer 12 oz. Can 6-Packs were a hit in their first year, leading the brewery to expand availability with refreshed packaging in 2024. The 5.0% summertime treat-inspired Rocket Pop Hard Seltzer returns to the GLBC gift shop and select retailers in June.
Kickaround POG Tart is Back
The lightly tart passion fruit, orange, and guava flavors of Kickaround POG Tart return in 2024 to 6-Pack 12 oz. Cans and Draft beginning in June. This vibrant 4.3% ale is brewed with real fruit, and will be available for a limited time in select markets throughout the brewery’s distribution footprint.
