Central Virginia’s Stable Craft Brewing at Hermitage Hill embraces the freshness of spring with NEW craft beers, delicious food, tasty ciders, fun events and an awesome atmosphere!  It’s the perfect time for al fresco beer drinking at Stable Craft’s amazing outdoor spaces featuring scenic views of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains.

Thursday, May 9 -  Thursday Trivia & Smoked Wings - Step up & test your brain/liver during Stable Craft's weekly FREE trivia nights starting under our covered patio. Teams of up to 6 are welcome to compete each week to show off your knowledge while having the chance to win  prizes! Our delicious crispy smoked wings will be served as a special with your choice of dipping sauce while supplies last!

Friday, May 10 –  Friday Night Love –  Pear Cider Release, NEW Prickly Pear Sour Release & Live Music with Pat Anderson - This limited cider release is a fan-favorite: Pear Cider! Come out and try the limited release while supplies last. We'll also be releasing a limited Prickly Pear Sour Ale on tap that sour fans will be sure to enjoy! Stay for dinner and live music by local musician, Pat Anderson..

Saturday, May 11 – Live Music with Cherry Red: Rolling Stones Tribute Band - Cherry Red is a phenomenal Rolling Stones cover band; performing all your favorite classic rock hits from the Stones and more! Catch them performing LIVE at Stable Craft on Saturday, May 11.

Sunday, May 12 – Open Early for Mother’s Day Brunch, Live Music, Pints + Ponies, Ticketed Plant Workshop - We'll be open early to celebrate a Mother’s Day extravaganza! Enjoy the motherlode of brunches served while visiting with the 4-legged mascots of Stable Craft and taking family photos during our special Mother's Day Pints + Ponies. Live music by Joe Williams from and an interactive hydroponic plant workshop by master gardener, Jacqueline. 

Thursday, May 16 – Thursday Trivia & Smoked Wings - Our weekly free trivia from 7-9 pm continues with smoked wings available while supplies last!

Friday, May 17 – Friday Night Love – Rocket Pop Cider Release with Limited Bottles - Our iconic Rocket POP cider returns for a summer debut with limited supply on tap and for the first time ever, IN BOTTLES to go! Save the Date Cider Fans!

Sunday, May 19 – Brunch, Paint + Sip, Live Music & S’mores + Sunsets - Enjoy Sunday brunch served 12-3 pm and live music by PJ Knoetgen. Plus paint a beautiful "Field of Fireflies" while sippin' your favorite craft brews with instruction by Catelyn Kelsey Designs.

Saturday, May 26 – Summer Music Session – Live Music by Wound Up - Stable Craft is pleased to welcome lively Wound Up, to the stage. Performing a blend of country, southern rock and classic rock with amazing vocals! 

Sunday, May 27 – Brunch, Sunday Jams with Eric Yost & S’mores + Sunsets - Brunch with the best of them on Sunday! Paired with complimentary live music by Eric Yost.  

Thursday, May 30 – Thursday Trivia & Smoked Wings - Show off your random knowledge at weekly Thursday trivia under the covered patio featuring craft brews and a smoked wings special while supplies last!

Friday, May 31 – Friday Night Love – Blackberry Hibiscus Cider Release & Live Music with the Loya Brothers - Join us for the Friday Love limited release of Blackberry Hibiscus cider. Stay for The Loya Brothers, who love to jam and bring an eclectic and fun mix wherever they go, performing 

Stable Craft Brewing, recently selected for the 2023 Virginia Green Travel Leader award and also the recipient of the 2022 Green Brewery of the Year, is the first brewery on the East Coast to launch a zero-food waste initiative for its award-winning brewery, restaurant and wedding and banquet facility. The sustainable brewery also grows its own hops, utilizes the brewing wastewater to water their hops, co-ops with a local farmer to use the spent grain for food for the cattle and has planted 1,100 trees on the farm to help with erosion and air quality. Stable Craft offers a sustainable tour by reservation only for guests to get a first-hand look at all of its sustainable initiatives.
