Senior Sales and Distribution Manager

Oakland United Beerworks in the Jack London District is expanding. With our Distribution Partnerships, growing brand awareness and popularity, we need an Experienced Sales Manager to maximize our potential with our new partners.

Job Description:

You will be a brand ambassador for Oakland United Beerworks. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and motivated individual. You will be expected to manage and grow sales with our distribution partner in the San Francisco Bay area. This will include brand promotion and training with with our distributors sales force. Opening new accounts within the territory and weekly reporting to the Director of Sales and other Senior Leadership. You will also be expected to be essential in all Strategic planning for the brewery.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a Sales Manager and successful management of Distributor Relationships is mandatory.

You must have your own transportation and will be reimbursed for mileage.

Job Types: Full-time

Compensation Includes:

Base Salary that is dependent on prior experience and success with Distribution Partners.

Commission on all Sales.

Plus Milestone bonuses.

Work Location:

·      On the road in the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento beyond. You must live in the area that will be designated as your sales territory. No exceptions.
