OBJECTIVE

Maximize sales and distribution of all products in all accounts. Provide training and development for all sales personnel. Establish and maintain account objectives. Coordinate installation of all signage, banners, displays and merchandising with merchandisers. Participate in shelf set effort.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop, train, and manage all sales personnel on the team. Conduct team meetings and regularly scheduled training programs.
  • Execute all sales and marketing programs communicated by brewers and suppliers or developed in-house.
  • Define manage and attain account objectives weekly for sales representatives.
  • Achieve volume/distribution/quota objectives.
  • Coordinate all merchandising efforts.
  • Maintain and review sales call frequency weekly with Sales Manager.
  • Provide Sales Manager with timely and accurate information regarding competitive activity and programming.
  • Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of route data.
  • Ensure quality control and stock rotation in retail trade.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of all company vehicles.
  • Develop and ensure all promotional efforts are appropriately implemented. 
  • Take on and complete all additional projects as assigned by senior management.
