Job Description

Happi is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Minneapolis, MN market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the THC beverage industry and a proven track record in beverage sales. This is a unique opportunity to join a category leader in a fast-growing beverage category.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Aggressively pursue new distribution by visiting ten accounts per day.

- Educate retailers and consumers on the benefits and usage of Happi THC seltzers.

- Post social content from the field weekly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.

- Develop ongoing relationships and maintain open communication with distributor partners.

- Attend up to four annual industry events or product launches per year that may require out-of-market travel.

- Organize and participate in events at accounts as needed.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Coordinate and conduct two – four product samplings per month at both on-premise and off-premise accounts as necessary.

- Become proficient in the use of company sales data analytics customer management software.

 

Requirements

- Passionate about the emerging THC beverage category.

- Experience in the alcohol or THC beverage industry.

- A competitive drive, a sense of urgency, and a steadfast dedication to achieving goals.

- Capacity to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team to achieve objectives.

- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and events.

 

Compensation:

- $50,000 - $60,000 base salary and 10% of territory sales.

- Flexible time off with manager approval.
