Switchback is opening a NEW Restaurant, Beer Garden and Event Lawn this summer (June ’24) at our brewery in Burlington’s booming South End Arts and Business District. This new restaurant is the perfect opportunity for an individual with a passion for food, beer, leadership, management, and exceptional service to thrive in. The freshly built space features ample onsite parking, 20+ draught lines, and a brand-new kitchen. Our prime location within a thriving mixed residential and commercial district adjacent to the popular Burlington Bike Path guarantees year-round tourist and local traffic.

General Manager Expectations and Responsibilities:

Capitalize on our reputation and loyal local support by offering an expanded Switchback Experience

Recruit and manage an enthusiastic and dedicated culinary team

Develop and maintain a menu to accompany our diverse beverage offerings

Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment for staff and guests

Manage inventory control and supply orders

Utilize Toast POS system to create an efficient Guest Experience in a dynamic service environment

Use Paylocity to manage team scheduling and payroll
