Lake Hour, a rapidly growing and innovative canned cocktail brand, was co-founded by Rich Peete, a seasoned producer, and Wyatt Russell, that actor you know from that one thing. They created a canned cocktail with real spirits and real ingredients. A better, less sugary-sweet version of those popular slim-canned vodka seltzers. Something that’s unique and complex, but goes down easy Something rugged, yet classy - like Alan Jackson water skiing in jeans. The award-winning cans are on the shelves, now they want a Sales Rep to hit the streets in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia and spread the word. So, pack up your cooler and your no-bullshit-attitude and meet us on the dock!  


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build relationships in the city of Pittsburgh or Philadelphia and surrounding areas with distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners.
  • Conduct promotions and samplings at retail stores and potential weekend festivals.
  • Improve brand position on shelf and build intriguing displays in the assigned account base.
  • Identify non-buying accounts and develop a plan to establish new business 
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Lake Hour team with weekly progress updates
  • Represent Lake Hour’s values and objectives while inspiring sales.
  • Log surveys in VIP and maintain communication with the Lake Hour team on all visits.
  • Motivate distributors to prioritize Lake Hour in their portfolios.
  • $30K-$50K competitive salary and opportunity for performance-based incentives.

Who you are:

  • Living in the city of Pittsburgh or Philadelphia or nearby surrounding areas.  
  • Able to operate independently and roll with the punches of a new brand.
  • Good communicator and team player, ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Passionate interest for the industry and community.
  • Understanding of 3-tier system and exposure to outside retail sales and account management
  • Minimum 3 years experience with a beverage supplier or wholesaler. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to turn data into action.
  • VIP experience is a plus
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform the requirements of a physically active sales position
  • 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • A genuine lover of lake-life and all that goes with it. Bonus points if you play hockey, jetski, fish, or waterski.
