What’s the gig like?

Part Inside sales rep. Part Customer Service team member. Entirely too much fun. You’ll help us support our bar and brewery relationships all across the US, servicing partners' needs and problems, and will act as a point of contact to our partner locations. — Additionally, you'll help our Customer Service team with things like shipping, Customer Service inquiries, and other areas where we can make the partner and customer experience as seamless as possible.

What skills do I need?

While this isn’t a capital S ‘Sales Job’ (no khakis or briefcases, please), a keen ability to talk to many people, explain why PubPass is awesome, and check back in repeatedly will take you far. The ability to be organized and work independently to meet your goals and tasks within this hybrid role is key. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are major pluses.
