Wild Weasel is a modern take on the classic west coast style IPA; bright and intensely hoppy while remaining refreshing and drinkable. Large additions of Amarillo and centennial hops produce aromas of grapefruit zest, candied orange and pine. Light notes of toast and malty sweetness are classically balanced by a delicately pleasant bitterness.
