A deep red beer with a malty flavor and citrus hop aroma. Consisting of estate grown medium grain sushi rice, and select caramel malts. Rattle Can Red is dry hopped to add a punch of hop character without any bitterness. Although very flavorful, this beer is still light enough to be considered a session beer. Rattle Can Red has a smooth dry finish, making this pint a perfect pairing for a variety of foods.
