It's been 5 amazing years and we are celebrating in a more creative, safety friendly way!

Our team was able to harvest 15 pounds of Fresh Neo Mexicana from Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms. From there, our brewers created 6 unique fresh hopped beers that we can't wait to share with you!

These beers will be judged by a special panel as well as have a People's Choice award:

- "The Marble Rye" - Rye IPA
Featuring both flaked and malted rye, the spice of this IPA is toned down by the fresh Neo Mexicana hops and the bountiful aroma provided by South African hops.
- "Lyfe On Märzen" - Session Märzen
A classic October fest beer! light and crisp with a bread/toast flavoring. citrus like hop profile from fresh hop but is clean and slightly bitter. Best for someone that wants to drink from 8am to 8pm.
- "Twice as Nice" - Double IPA
Full of fresh crushed fruit flavors - including tropical fruits and bright stone fruits. A delicate herbaceous and cedar background gives a hint of spice rad that rounds out the palette.
- "Reddy or Not" - Imperial Red Ale
Aroma is malt forward with toffee and caramel being the dominant notes. A touch of chocolate and cherry, with citrusy and fruity elements. Taste is very malty up front with caramelized sugars, toffee, caramel, chocolate and hints of dark fruit. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel, kind of sticky and a warming sensation.
- "Fresh Hop Saison" - Saison
A light, refreshing saison has aromas of mango, melon, and passion fruit from fresh Rakau hops and an earthy, spice from the fresh Neo Mexicana hops that’s complimented well by the Belgian Saison yeast. The addition of Hallertau Blanc, and southern passion hops has this tasting almost wine like.
- "Rice Rice Baby" - Experimental/mixed fermentation beer
Lightly tart, fruity ale brewed using a combination of sake and Norwegian Kveik yeast. Fresh Neo Mexicana and Rakau hops give a light grassy, herbal, and fruity flavor profile.

Along with tapping these very limited brews, we will be raffling off a custom Tivoli branded The North Face backpack. All attendees are automatically entered to win with additional entries given with each purchase of draught beers. Must be 21+ to purchase alcohol.
