4th Anniversary Beer Releases!

Bramble in the Woods: Releasing 10/2
Whiskey barrel aged Imperial Stout, 9% ABV
Bright chocolate with roasted coffee, vanilla and blackberry notes. A malt forward beer with blackberry showing up in the flavor profile. We aged this annual staple in a Woods Whiskey Barrel for almost a year. Sure to impress both stout + whiskey lovers combined.

Unamed IPA (public will choose name/decided Friday afternoon): Releasing 10/3
American IPA, 7.5% ABV
Fruit forward IPA with notes of apple, pear and a little something tropical. Finishes crisp with assertive bitterness; just like an IPA should. Centennial + cashmere hops add to the originality of our newest addition.

Hobretts Chamber of Secrets: Releasing 10/4
Barrel aged on brett Belgian Golden Strong, 9% ABV
A yeast forward beer: bright stone fruit with secondary floral, spice and earthy notes. Bitterness and acidity balance the perceived sweetness caused by the high alcohol content. Belgian Golden Strong aged for almost a year in brett barrels and has many secrets to share.
