We’re digging deep into our Czech roots to honor the arrival of spring with a Walpurgis Night!

In the Czech Republic, communities would build straw witches and burn them in massive bonfires to kiss winter and bad spirits goodbye, while imbibing and cooking sausages.

The only thing burnt during this Walpurgis Night celebration will be sausages and probably a few marshmallows!

We’re bringing Walpurgis Night to West Colfax with fire pits in our parking lot, complimentary sausages with a donation to a mental health nonprofit, live music and the release of our Czech-style Polotmavy beer!
