On Tues., December 2, Seedstock Brewery will release its Bohemian Barn Beer. This pre-lager lager, fermented cold, was the most popular beer in Prague before lagers. The Seedstock Bohemian Barn Beer is sunshine copper in color with an off-white head. It has a malty-sweet aroma, with a slight hint of melon. It gets its sweet and rich mouthfeel from the Vienna malt, but the Saaz hops really shine through with a spicy, peppery finish.

There will also be a book signing from 7-8 p.m. by Beer Lover's Guide to Colorado by Denver's own John Frank – the perfect gift ahead of holiday season for the craft beer lover. Seedstock's Bohemian Ale homebrew recipe is included in the book.
