2/15/2019 -- Four Course Paired Dinner with Stout Street Social

Stout Street Social is hosting a one-of-a-kind beer dinner with Wiley Roots Brewing Company.

On February 15, 2019 at 6:30pm, please join us for a one-night-only, four course paired dinner, featuring two different types of oysters, fresh seafood with rice, and a decadent dessert, each paired separately with an incredible beer.

First Course - West Coast Oysters paired with the Geometry, a golden farmhouse sour that was fermented and aged for 12 months in a Sangiovese wine foeder and then refermented on 800 lbs of Colorado-grown Gew├╝rztraminer wine grapes.

Second Course - Grilled East Coast Oysters with kimchi butter paired with TRYGonometry, a golden farmhouse sour that was fermented and aged for 9 months in a Sangiovese foeder and then refermented on Tempranillo wine must.

Third Course - Blackened Rocky Mountain Trout with dirty rice, seasonal vegetables, and tarragon butter paired with the Beer Flavored Beer, a light German Helles brewed with pilsner malt, acidulated malt, and Willamette hops.

Fourth Course - Apple Walnut Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding paired with Mean Beans, a decadent dessert stout with Coffee and Caramel.
