11/13/2018 -- Palmetto Brewing Culinary Series Presents: Rodney Scott’s Pig Pickin’ Beer Dinner

Palmetto Brewing partners with famous BBQ Pitmaster Rodney Scott on 25th anniversary beer dinner.

Palmetto Brewing is hosting a 5-course food and beer pairing at their Huger Street tasting room in downtown Charleston, featuring a special menu prepared by famous BBQ chef and James Beard winner, Rodney Scott. This one-of-a-kind beer dinner is in celebration of Palmetto’s 25th anniversary. Proceeds will benefit the Charleston Charter School of Math and Science.

The evening begins with a social hour that includes beer and appetizers, accompanied by live music. Dinner will then be served on artfully rustic tables by Renatus Reclaimed Wood, presented family-style in five courses. The menu showcases the award-winning barbecue of Pitmaster Rodney Scott. Each course is expertly paired with a Palmetto brew to enhance the flavors and further delight the senses.
