Four summer-esque courses, each paired with a complementary off-centered ale for just $40!

We’re mixing up the idea of a classic summer cookout with a ‘Backyard BBQ’-themed Beer Experience! This special, summer-centric menu will be available Wednesday, July 4 through Sunday, July 8, starting each day at 5 p.m. For just $40*, you’ll get four delicious courses, each paired with a complementary off-centered ale! No pre-purchase necessary, just come on in and enjoy!

Course 1: Teriyaki Veggie Kababs – Wood-grilled Kababs of Zucchini, Red Onion, Yellow Squash, Bell Pepper and Cherry Tomatoes.
Paired with Namaste White.

Course 2: Street Corn – Wood-oven Corn on the Cob with Queso Fresco, Cilantro Lime Crème Fraiche and Tajin.
Paired with Weighty Bricks.

Course 3: Beer Can Chicken – 60 Minute IPA Poached Chicken Drumstick with a 90 Minute IPA BBQ Sauce, and Bacon and Bourbon Baked Beans.
Paired with Flesh & Blood IPA (in a can, of course!).

Course 4: S’mores – Marshmallows, Graham Crackers, Hot Fudge and Peanut Butter.
Paired with ’16 World Wide Stout.
