Unique opportunity for craft beer enthusiasts to go behind the scenes at 7 of Denver’s top breweries

Interested in taking your beer knowledge to the next level? This summer, join seven of Denver's breweries dedicated to education and quality craft beer. Starting Thursday May 10th at 7pm, you'll visit a new craft brewery every week and gain in-depth knowledge of the science and methodology of what they do best. Explore the world of IPAs and hops with Alpine Dog, dig into sour and mixed culture fermentation with Baere Brewing Company. Take your palate to Germany and Belgium at Bierstadt Lagerhaus and Bruz Beers respectively. Delve into the complicated world of barrel aging with Cerebral Brewing Company and the detailed science of ingredients at CO-Brew Denver. Learn about the wide world of adjuncts at Intrepid Sojourner Beer Project.

Intimate classes of twelve students will rotate between the breweries every Thursday. Each brewery will provide 2-3 hours of instruction, swag, beer discounts during the event, and a 10% discount for one year going forward. There will also be a few opportunities to shadow a brew day at some of the participating breweries. Spots for brew days are limited and arranged on a first-come first-served basis. While this is an excellent opportunity to get in-depth, behind-the-scenes knowledge of beer, recipe development, beer history, and advanced processes, please note that this course is not designed to teach you how to brew, nor is it accredited.

Finally, join all your fellow classmates for a graduation bash on Saturday June 30th at Intrepid Sojourner Beer Project. Revel in your mastery of beer knowledge with friends and family while enjoying terrific beer from all the participating breweries!
