Yoga and beer session at Atwater Brewery in Detroit

The Beer Yogis gather at Atwater Brewery in Detroit, Michigan for a 60 minute all-levels vinyasa flow led by Melissa and Mikki. Post practice, we’ll enjoy pints of fresh Atwater beers and the company of fellow Beer Yogis.

Our practice will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, and bring your yoga mat and any props or items (towels, water, etc) you would like for your practice.
