The Fermented Pairings Series is making a comeback in Boulder! Join White Labs Education & Engagement Curator Erik Fowler and Brewed Food Chef Jensen Cummings as the Certified Cicerone duo walk you through the expansive world of unique pairings showcasing fermented foods.

White Labs and Brewed Food will explore the science behind beer and food fermentations while giving attendees a general understanding on the similarities and differences between the two. Guests will also learn how to identify attributes created by yeast and bacteria and explore what is responsible for the production of acid, alcohol and various other flavors in both food and beer.

Expand your vocabulary and palate with a guided beer pairing event using five small plates matched with five White Labs beer. This class is ideal for fermentation enthusiasts and novices alike, ultimately anyone interested in a delicious, educational adventure.
