The first herald of the evolving mixed culture saison program at Burial, The Fall of the Rebel Angels will release in 750ml bottles at the taproom on Saturday, February 11th.
A blend 60% steel-aged, 30% Foeder-aged, and 10% Bourbon Barrel-aged Saison Fall of the Rebel Angels is re-fermented on local chokeberries and our house mixed culture.
