Celebrate National Mead Day - Learn to homebrew mead like a pro from a pro!

Michael Fairbrother, 3 time winner of NE Meadmaker of the year award and Best of Show winner at the International Mazercup competition will give an educational show and tell on how to brew mead like a pro. Michael Fairbrother went pro 6 years ago, starting in his garage. Today Moonlight Meadery is housed in a 6000 sq ft facility and distribution is to 44 states in the USA, nationally in Australia and Japan. Currently Moonlight Meadery produces commercially over 80 varieties of meads and ciders.

Michael will share his secret to making mead as part of the National Mead Day AHA celebration nationwide. The mead of choice this year was blueberry mead.
