Join us for a hands-on DIY pickling workshop with Fermenters Club.

Join us at Cellar 3 on Saturday, July 24 from 11am–2pm for a hands-on pickling workshop with Fermenters Club. Discover why and how to ferment your own veggies and learn more about our barrel-aged beers during this one-of-a kind DIY experience.

After a presentation and behind-the-scenes facility tour, enjoy a guided tasting of slow-fermented pickles. Each will be paired with a beer to simultaneously illustrate various barrel-aging techniques. Then, make your own fermented pickles using traditional techniques and tools during the comprehensive pickling workshop. Attendees will take home their own quart-sized mason jar to ferment and a jar of ready-to-eat pickles. Tickets include pickling supplies as well as tasters.
