What is the 11 X 11 chefs beer dinner. We paired up some of the top Hudson Valley Restaurant chef's and paired them with 11 of the top Hudson Valley Breweries to do a pairing event like no other...

Now for some more math... Each brewery is bringing their HVCBW Beer and one additional style while the paired chef will have two dishes, one for each beer. Start off with three breweries/chefs for the 'hoppy hour' portion of the evening, then 6 chefs/breweries hit you hard with an amazing entrée style dish. Finish off with the last three breweries/chefs ending your night with awesome dessert inspirations.

$100 per person gets you the all inclusive pass at Newburgh Brewing Co. the host for this great event. Come eat and drink some of the finest offerings from the Hudson Valley, all in one place, for one very special night.
