Chino Valley Brewery Announces Opening of New Location

ONTARIO, CA — Chino Valley Brewery is pleased to announce the opening of its new location at 1630 East Francis Street, Unit J, Ontario, CA. The nano-brewery, specializing in meticulously handcrafted artisanal beer, will unveil their premium drafts to the thirsty beer loving community of the Inland Empire and beyond, on Friday July 27th.

Chino Valley Brewery is the result of co-owners Matthew Maldonado and Ray Duran, old friends and retired law enforcement officers. Matthew is a true beer aficionado who began brewing his own beer when he lived in the UK in the 80’s. For decades he’s made brewing his passion and had a long-held-ambition to open his own brewery. Matt and Ray are now eager to showcase their handcrafted ales to the public in their new tasting room. Chino Valley Brewery will focus on brewing only small batches allowing them to offer various one-of-a-kind artisanal beers. The brewhouse is equipped with eight taps and will offer freshly brewed beer in pints as well as four ounce taster flights, allowing patrons to discover their favorite brew. Growlers will also be available to purchase for those who wish to take fresh beer home or to a party.

“Our goal at Chino Valley Brewery is to produce unique small batches with a ton of aroma and flavor that will give our customers a new craft beer experience,” states co-owner Matthew Maldonado. Offerings on tap for the launch will include:

  • Butterfield Blonde- Golden color, dry medium body with light malty sweetness, slight fruitiness and low hop bitterness. Good starting point for those unfamiliar with craft beer.
  • Route 83 Ale-Dark brown with strong hop flavor and bitterness balanced with caramel malt flavors. For those who want to enjoy a strong American Ale.
  • Prado Porter- Dark brown with medium body, balanced medium malt flavor and hop bitterness with mild roastiness and a dash of anise. Will also be served on nitro when there is plenty in the brewery.
  • Foggy Morning Stout- Pours pitch black with a tan head. Hints of chocolate and roasted coffee flavor. Creamy body from milk sugar used to brew this. Served on nitrogen and not for those who are lactose intolerant!

Chino Valley Brewery uses only the finest malted barley and hops and will provide seasonal and limited edition ales. Also available for purchase are custom pint glasses with the Chino Valley Brewery logo for $12. A complimentary four-taster flight will come with the purchase of a CVB custom pint glass.
