SAN DIEGO — JuneShine, the hard kombucha business launched in June 2018, has hired Greg Peters, formerly Director of Brewing at Saint Archer Brewing, as Chief Brewing Officer.
JuneShine was founded by outdoorsmen and women seeking a healthier and more environmentally friendly alcohol. The Company opened their doors to business just 8 weeks ago, serving hard kombucha in their North Park brewery and tasting room, and launching distribution to over 60 on and off-premise accounts in San Diego.
Greg Peters joins JuneShine with over fifteen years of brewing experience, most recently at Saint Archer Brewing. He joined Saint Archer in 2014 to launch Tusk and Grain, the brewery’s specialty and barrel-aged division and departs under the title Director of Brewing. Prior to Saint Archer, Greg spent time brewing at notable craft breweries including Lost Abbey, Maui Brewing, and Pizza Port.
Greg’s role as Chief Brewing Officer will entail streamlining current production, further growing the JuneShine team, managing R&D, and focusing on expansion.
