No-Li Brewhouse to Feature New Beer at No Boundaries on the River Small Batch Beer Fest

Spokane, WA – No-Li Brewhouse, known for their big, malt-forward, hoppy ales, will feature a new Imperial IPA, Comrade, at their No Boundaries on the River Small Batch Beer Fest (#NBOR14) on April 26th, 2014, 12-4pm, at the brewery in Spokane.

Back in January, No-Li launched their “No Boundaries Small Batch Series,” featuring a new beer every 4-6 weeks.

“Our No Boundaries Series is the inspiration behind this festival. The program allows our brewers to get creative each month, and our customers to keep satisfying their pallets with new flavors,” says co-owner John Bryant.

Their newest No Boundaries Small Batch Series, Comrade Imperial IPA, comes in at 9.5% ABV, 105 IBUs, and is brewed with two of their favorite hops at the moment: El Dorado and Amarillo. The hops deliver flavors and aromas of watermelon, cherries, grapefruit and lemons. Dry-hopping at the end lends a bright and fresh hop aroma, making this the perfect No Boundaries beer to kick off summer.

In addition to Comrade, No-Li will feature two of their other “No Boundaries” series beers at the festival, their Smoke-Kan Rye, a lightly smokey rye beer, and Brewer’s Breakfast, a coffee oatmeal milk stout brewed with local donut shop, Dawn of the Donut, donut mix.

No-Li’s Lead Brewer, Damon Scott, comments: “This festival is the first of it’s kind in Spokane, and the Inland Northwest. I’m looking forward to seeing guest’s eyes pop when they try these beers! It’s the start of something big in Spokane’s beer culture.”
