We’re looking for a new member of our brewery team to execute and manage day-to-day brewing operations. The candidate will be part of the core brewing team and will be instrumental in the daily coordination and execution of our brewing efforts. Candidates must have proven brewing skills, and love making an ever-changing variety of beers styles for our brewing partners and Dorchester Brewing’s brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Brewing great beer on our two systems (30bbl production system and 5bbl pilot system) for both our in-house Dorchester brand and our brewing partners
• CIP & cellar work
• Centrifuge operation
• Other tasks necessary to ensure smooth daily operations
• Enjoy your job and make sure others do as well (key!)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3+ years commercial brewery experience
• Beer education (a plus)
• Working familiarity with computers and spreadsheet management (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

COMPENSATION

• Salary is commensurate with experience
• 50%+ contribution by Dorchester Brewing to health insurance
• 15 days of PTO
• 401K with match when applicable
