Overview: 


Responsible for Western US and Canada. Ideal location is PNW.


This is a full-time, home office-based role that requires experience and high functioning in customer relations, analytical support, strategic sourcing, problem solving, and other project related duties.


The successful candidate will have experience and confidence in beverage operations, particularly sourcing and supply chain. +10 years with a notable beverage company.  


Scope: 


Account Management – Primary function. Executional support for Western USA and Canada Agrowgate accounts (members and clients). This will include, but not be limited to, routine meetings to engage with key contacts, oversight of current buys/projects to strive for flawless execution, supplier relations, problem solving, escalating issues for resolution, regular and transparent communication, relationship building (with supplier and key member/client contacts) etc.        


Strategic Sourcing - Working with accounts to develop annual plans and highlight opportunities. Involvement in sourcing exercises related to account base.  


 Analytic Support - For diagnostics, client pitches, sourcing programs, new Agrowgate products (eg hedging, transport, marketplace etc.).


Value fact based, transparent information sharing.                   


Ad hoc support of Agrowgate and client strategic projects as they occur.


Growth - Building out business within existing members / clients and culturing new relationships is expected. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

 

This job will execute work in the US and Canada, cover necessary time zones, and have a modest level of travel required. Valid passport required.

General:


·      Position is currently open. Start date ASAP.

·      The position will report to Tim Near or his designate.

·      Agrowgate recognizes USA statutory holidays and will not be expected to work on these days. Notice of vacation time is required and cannot exceed 3 cumulative weeks (15 business days) in one calendar year.

·      Agrowgate will fund personal development and continued education (i.e. APICS/ACSM certifications) up to $2,000.00 per year.

·      Strong organizational and calendar management is required.

·      Home office based. Professional environment important.
