Brand Manager

Duties:

• The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative brand marketer with experience developing and executing successful strategies, creating programming, developing and testing content and managing media.
• Develop and help implement the annual go-to-market plan for driving sustainable, long-term growth for Saint Arnold brands and shepherd the development of brand identities.
• Working with the Branding & Design Manager on the look and feel of packaging.
• Look for opportunities to travel to markets outside of the Houston area to help facilitate and execute brand programming.
• Work closely with Sales to support strategy & execution of regional marketing plans.
• Execute marketing programs for products and create tailored campaigns that drive velocity.
• Work closely with all members of the marketing and sales teams to make sure that a consistent brand message is sent throughout all channels.
• Identify opportunities for in-retail, shopping, and trade marketing.
• Help facilitate and execute brand survey work before, during and after the product development process. 
• Assist with onsite activation in all Texas markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a consumer product marketing or brand planning role at a marketing driven firm.
• Be able to demonstrate a history of creativity in work output.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, add value and provide recommendations in-line with brand objectives.
• Must have proven inter-personal and communication skills. Must be highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and eager to work as a team and share ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required
