Industrial Arts Brewing Company was founded in 2016.  After outgrowing our first facility in Garnerville NY we have fully moved into our new facility, a 70,000 sq ft purpose built state of the art facility with a 100 hL custom brewhouse and a modern, flexible and efficient packaging line.  We pride ourselves on our quality, efficiency and focus on Food Safety including maintaining our current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) certification.

This unique, entry-level role works across multiple departments and reports directly to the Packaging Manager.  You’ll start your morning making sure our cGMP certified facility is clean and ready for operation, including completing our Master Sanitation Schedule documentation.  Once the facility is up and running for the day you will be involved in all facets of packaging operations, including keg cleaning, filling, can line operations, labeling and date coding, clean-in-place, quality assurance, general facilities, maintenance, shipping and receiving of the packaging and warehouse areas.  You’ll move between the packaging line and the warehouse depending on business needs.

A successful janitorial/packaging/warehouse operator will be able to effectively communicate across teams and be flexible about your daily duties. We are looking for someone who can pivot quickly from task to task and take it all in stride. As a cGMP facility documentation and record keeping is critical, so IABC is interested in candidates with a love for detail and organization.
